Terms agreement

When you book the holiday home and receive your booking confirmation the contract is binding, followed by a written confirmation with all booking details and specifications. The duration of the rental and the number of people mentioned on the reservation can not be exceed. The prices of our homes are subject to change, but the rates confirmed in writing from us to clients are binding. The description of the houses, the inventory and the pictures are subject to change at any time.

Security Deposit

If requested the security deposit must be paid in cash on the spot in Euros. The deposit will be returned on departure after checking the house condition, and if necessary after a deduction of any sum for damage caused.

Payment

Clients have to pay the amount agreed within the dates specified on the contract. In case of payment failure of the required sum within the period mentioned, the house will be considered available for another client. The deposit is to be paid within 3 days after the receipt of this confirmation to ensure your reservation. The balance is to be paid 30 days before the arrival. For last-minute bookings between 1-15 days before the arrival the total amount is to be paid after the receipt of this confirmation.

Cancellation policy

In case of a cancellation the costs are calculated regarding the date of cancellation and the arrival date. Reservations that are canceled 60 days before the start of your stay will receive 100% refund. Reservations that are canceled 30 days before the beginning of your stay will receive 50% refund.

Customer responsibility

The client is required to treat the accommodation and its inventory with care and respect and follow any regulations related to housing or to pool use. The client is responsible for the damage caused, as well as to be personally insured against possible damages on rental properties. Any claims or damages found upon arrival are to be reported within 48 hours.
